Sorry for the delay in getting these photo’s online. Have been very busy this week and catching up now by putting these online. Not all of them are perfect and I have also done some cropping and Photoshopping to get some images that were good but in my opinion...
Since I am not exactly getting far and wide in my photography travelling, I decided to try my hand at taking some Rugby photos this time. Slightly different from football photo’s in that the ball seems to move faster from person to person, so when you have got your...
Some of the photo’s I took for Ces Podd and co at the Salsa event on Saturday night. Sadly I was unable to stay for the entire event as I had other engagements the following day. But I am allowing the photo’s to be used for free by Latin...
Just got a new lens for the Sony A33. It’s a 70mm-300mm telephoto lens with macro capabilities. So got to work on some random photo’s this week just to test it out. Ducks, aviation and dogs are just some of the things I have taken photo’s of.
Whilst taking photo’s I sometimes try and see if I can get half interesting photo’s of myself. Mainly because I spend most of my time taking photo’s of other people. So here are some self portraits (in landscape of course).

Taken using a 55mm lens, nothing exciting, but I thought I would test action shots and other football related football photos whilst on my travels. Mainly featuring Bradford City FC & Ilkley Town FC.
I am entering a competition for the first time. I am not expecting much from it because there is bound to be a lot more experienced people who have about a million photo’s like mine, but I am giving it a go anyway. Anyway I am still trying to...
Photographs taken while out and about at the park in Ilkley by the river Wharfe. Some of them took a bit of patience but otherwise it was a case of testing out some ideas. Feel free to comment.
I seem to prefer taking portraits in landscape for some reason, so I guess over time there will be more of these as time goes on. Anyway I hope you like the first lot. Mainly of family and friends and my fiancées family.
A few photo’s taken on the Sony A33 with a 55mm lens, no exciting kit, no tripod either. I will add more to this gallery so do feel free to come back and have a look. It was a cold and snowy day with a lot of mist on...
